its just that TF no longer responds to commands such as HangUp, TakeOffline, etc. I have to close the node to get it to clear, powercycle the TA to break connection, then relaunch the ISDN node. In addition, it often takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes for the ISDN node to close, during which time the other nodes become inactive too.
I have had this problem with modem connections.
