Well the VMUGM meeting at my house Saturday June 29 was very fun. Once again we had mutiple systems that were brought by Vince, Mike W., Michael, and Ladd. We had a lot of really speedy Mac's and Ladd brought a Lisa. Yep you heard me a Lisa : ) Ladd brought some of the programs that were provided by companies and gave them out for people to review. Bob Nunn is going to review Stylist for Adobe Ilustrator, and I am not sure who got Black Box ( I think that is what it was). Ladd can give more info. We networked 3 of the Mac's together and the guys were playing networking games on them. It was fun watching them play Marathon. I think for the next meeting everyone agreed they want to hook up via Ethernet and I think Bob Nunn is going to be able to accommodate us when we have the meeting at his house in July or August. Who's gonna have the one after Bob : ) I know one thing we sure could use a portable table for the VMUGM so when all these system's arrive at the meeting site we could have a place to hook them up each time. <bg> Maybe Ladd will have some more software for us to review by the next meeting. Oh yeah Bob Nunn handed out disk with the Telefinder client and his setting file for everyone. And a really cool looking label made by his wife Sharon. Sharon was at the meeting also. It was nice meeting all the new faces.
Well I just wanted to tell everyone thanks for coming to my house. I enjoyed the company.
