Well, RAM prices have dropped through the floor. A 16-meg 72-pin SIMM runs about $150 the last time I checked. Seems to be getting cheaper still. That's less than $10/meg!! So now's a fairly good time to buy RAM. I don't know if the prices will go back up or not, so you could conceivably wait until they hit rock-bottom to buy.
