I think most people here only use one machine or the other. Most of us use Macs, and don't have spare PCs lying around. In fact, I won't even have PoweMac 7200/75 in the next few weeks; I plan to give it to my brother (who only has a Duo 230).
I just won a bid @ Onsale.com for a Digital Pentium Pro 180 for $635. By the time I finish upgrading it (with 80 meg. RAM, more HD, and a 56k modem), it will cost me around $1100. Not bad for a fully loaded Pentium Pro machine. I still haven't received my computer yet, because it was shipped it UPS ground.
I think you may be able to get a cheap ethernet card for the PC, and network via TCP. I haven't tried it yet, but it might work. I may try networking the Digital and Mac together, since the Digital Computer I will get has ethernet built-in.
Does this mean I get booted out of VMUGM? I won't have a Mac in a few weeks.
