Leopard is a commercial product that youll have to buy at your local Apple dealer or directly from AppleStore.

On that page there's also a link directly to AppleStore, the AppleFoirum discussion groups and more.
For more general downloads of freeware and shareware apps and tools, www.versiontracker and www.macupdate are good places to look.
For discussing more general application problems, you need to subscribe to comp.sys.mac.apps, and on systems comp.sys.mac.system
