I've been trying to post something on the Apple support forum. I log in with my Apple ID, then I'm asked to create a user account for the forum. I fill everything in, hit the "create" button, and it brings me back to the same page, saying that before I can post I need to create a new user account. I refill in the info, hit create again, and the same thing happens. It seems to be an endless loop. I use Camino, so I tried it with Safari--same problem. I turned off my firewall, set the browser to accept all cookies from any site--no dice. Does anyone know the solution to this (besides giving up on the forum)? There are people in the forums who created accounts recently, so it must be possible to do it.
