It sounds however like A LOT of work...!!!
Graphic Converter will do this with OVERLAPPING EDGES, AND! you can set the amount of Overlap, AND!! GC is very inexpensive for what you get...!!! Fine Product, Not Perfect, i love it, Don't LOVE it.
