I'm going here from memory but this essentially describes how to duplicate a DVD using Disk Utility....
a) Insert the DVD
b) Open Disk Utility
c) From Disk Utility create a disk image of the DVD
d) Eject the DVD
e) From Disk Utility select Burn and then identify the disk utility as the contents to burn.
