I have been looking for quite some time for this, and the only solution
I can find less than $10K is FileMaker Pro. Unfortunately it will
require me to either spend the next 8 months learning how to create a
database from scratch, or spend $10K on a developer!

I am looking for a database to be used in the staffing/recruiting
business.

There are 3 groups of people I need to track:
1: Existing clients (normal biz tracking + labor needs tracking +
current labor draw)
2: Leads/Perspective clients (Track the sales process from 1st contact
to close + labor needs tracking + normal biz client info)
3: Applicants/Labor (normal contact info + resume storage +
skills/labor categories)

Now here's where I get killed: I need to be able to run a query and
match applicants based on their skills to companies that may need those
skills.

Does anyone know where I can find a Mac based software that won't kill
me on time or $$?
