FileMaker 4D Omnis Studio is still out there Helix (but migration to OS X/UB has stalled?) iList / iList Studio Runtime Revolution (SQLite, MySQL, etc.) REALbasic (SQLite support; Pro includes ODBC drivers)
I'm sure there are many more, but those are the ones that come to mind. REALbasic is okay for someone coming from an Access (VBA) or VB background. 4D is still a great tool, but takes some time to learn. Revolution is interesting, especially if you like AppleScript instead of a flavor of "BASIC" (as if RB is BASIC).
