Omnis Studio is still out there
Helix (but migration to OS X/UB has stalled?)
iList / iList Studio
Runtime Revolution (SQLite, MySQL, etc.)
REALbasic (SQLite support; Pro includes ODBC drivers)

I'm sure there are many more, but those are the ones that come to mind.
REALbasic is okay for someone coming from an Access (VBA) or VB
background. 4D is still a great tool, but takes some time to learn.
Revolution is interesting, especially if you like AppleScript instead of
a flavor of "BASIC" (as if RB is BASIC).

I wish Helix were updated. Was cool in its time.
