Has everyone seen that Power Computing is now offering 166 and 180Mhz 604-based systems now? The price for the 180Mhz system was right at $4200 or something like that. This, IMHO, is about as good a deal as you're likely to find in the MacOS camp for a while. 180Mhz!!!! Now that's some speed....finally we'll have an answer to those people who keep spouting out about how fast the 166Mhz Pentium machines are.

Seems that one of the best things about Power Computing is that they have the ability to bump up the speed on its machines much more quickly than Apple does. Apple should be able to do the same thing (heck, if Hewlett-Packard and Packard Bell can, Apple should be able to as well). I'd love to see more companies that can move quickly this way in the mac market.
