Guys, I was looking around on Motorola's PPC WWW pages today and saw an announcement of some company from Denmark (phase5) that is starting to make PowerPC accelerator daughterboards for the 7500/8500/9500 series machines based on the 604e processors. As interesting as that, though was the fact that this company is going to be making 604e-based Accelerators for the Amiga 3000 & 4000 series (and possibly others) AS WELL as creating a board with custom graphics chips and creating an AmigaDOS 3.1-compatible PowerPC native OS. Interesting, eh?
They are part of the PowerUP program (of which Apple and PowerComputing are also members).
