Bob,
I have been having a lot of trouble connecting to your system lately at full (or near full) speed. The best I've done on either modem is 19.2cps. I haven't changed my modem setup or anything. What gives?
Also, as the Mac modem officianado, do you have any suggestions as far as optimizing our modems/systems for faster performance?

As an aside, what do you think about the news that Supra will soon release a new flash-rom update to upgrade SupraFax Modem 288's to 34.2kbps? This ought to be cool if for no other reason than that it's supposed to let us connect at faster than current speeds (not necessarily the max speed, though, unless you're on a direct modem-modem link or something :). Are you using any of the beta-release flash-roms?

Just wondering,
Wintermute
