After using Jill's PC to get on the Internet, my Mac 6110 sure seems slow. What do i need to get decent speed on the WWW? A faster CPU? Jill's modem is the same speed as mine, though her's says it's connecting at 118,000 bps or so. Mine connects at 28.8 kbps or slower. What do I need to do to increase the throughput on my Mac? If it's a new Mac I need, what's the most economical model for my purposes?
