My wife uses a small executable on disk to go out and erase the tf.ini file on the system and replace it with one on the disk. The user (an office environment that shares one machine) inserts there disk and launchs the executable and it does its job and launches TF User for Windows all set to go.
This key disk solved her problem of multiple users. I will be happy to send up the program if anyone would find it useful. If I had it on me I would have attached it.
