I have recently found a program that allows you to paste a BMP into any window that you specify in Windows. I am able to put my logo on the screen while the user is logged in under Windows.
The program name is SMTPPR14.ZIP it is on the AMUG CD for Windows Vol 2 in the Utilities directory S-G.
I am in the progess of working with 2 windows programmers to try and figure out a way to make this program start just prior to TFUser for Windows. As it works at the moment the program resides in the startup folder.
