Using TF User for Mac I am able to create sub folders in my mailbox for the storage of old messages. One of my Windows users would like to be able to do the same. I created a folder for her but here's what she says happens when she tries to drag a file into the folder:
I get a big old no smoking sign, without the no smoking in the center..... and it says NO DANA NO NO NO YOU CAN'T DO THAT!!!
What's up? Should she be able to use folders inside her Mailbox like Mac users?
