Sure, it's built-in. Just select the text you want quoted in the email, and then click on the 'Reply' button. The TF for Mac version could use that feature.
One feature I my Windows users could REALLY benefit from is the ability to create and save email to be sent when they log on. This feature is already built-in to the Mac verison.
