Absolutely excellent work on the display arrangement Rusty. Very cool. I've sent you a separate email with a Windows screen shot in GIF format. The only other change I would ask is that you increase the vertical staggering a little more of the icons so that the text attached to icons does not overlap with text of any other icon.
I'm very, very happy with improvements in 3.1b2. All you need do for me is make the Windows Client use the Mac custom settings file and I'll never ask for another thing :-)
