TF/User 3.2b2 Drag and Drop Uploading works but the folder has to be open as usual.

But Drag and Drop downloading dosn't

This is correct. The Drag and Drop APIs in Windows don't have support for talking to Explorer, only the other way around.

If anyone has some insight, or workarounds, for this prob please let me know!
