I know the quick fix for a Windows 95 TF client being unable to print a long email message without getting lines cut off is to save it as a text file and print in another program, but... our CEO would like to just print out an email message and not have to bother with transferring a text file and opening up another program to print. What I need to know is if this is a problem inherent in TF for Windows - that is, does a long email message usually get cut off when printing? Is it a TF bug? OR is it a Windows 95 bug? THe printer is a new Epson inkjet and seems to work fine with all other programs. Is it all dependent on the font the message was created in on another machine? Is it because the message came from a Mac? Is there a system font setting we can change? Is there anything we can check or do beside the quick fix you suggested?
