We have looked some more into this problem of lines being dropped from the bottom of the page of a long email message (that requires a second printed page), and have discovered that the number of lines being dropped is equal to the number of lines in the header including the blank space above and below the header, in this case five lines. We have duplicated the problem with different printers, different margins, etc. So the Windows version of TF User needs to be tweaked to allow for the header's space on the page to be added to the maximum number of lines that can go on the first page before wrapping to the second page.
FWIW, printing from a web browser using the web email acgi gives good results.
