I've been using the new "UsersOnline" apple event with TF/User 5.6.2b4, calling it from an idle handler every 5 minutes to keep me online when idle. Unfortunately, if I'm making a ZModem transfer while this event is being called, I sometimes get a bad archive at the other end. I've only noticed this happening with uploads - when they arrive, they are significantly smaller than they should be, and upon downloading them, Stuffit Expander complains about a corrupt archive. If I quit the idle handler applet and re-upload, everything goes fine. This is on a Performa 6360; the server is 5.62b7.
Is there some way that the UsersOnline event can be killed while a ZModem transfer is taking place? The thruput seems to drop when this happens too.
