Again, the problem is not severe when all of your clients use TF/User, are in the same locale, speak the same language, and are within local calling distance of you, the sysop, on their nickel. It is severe when this is not the case, and even more so, when the sysop has more to do to find out what the password is and then negotiate a change with the remote user.
