The sliders for speech do not work with TF/User 5.7 B 14. I have tried tossing both the Chat Prefs and the TF/User Prefs in the system folder. Upon creation, the sliders for pitch and rate are locked into the default positions. I mentioned this in a past Sysop's Chat, but I do not think anyone remembers it.
