I have a Mac 8100/80 with 96MB of RAM, a 1 GB HFS drive (the system drive) and a 4 GB HFS+ data drive. I've noticed a weird problem with TF User: everytime I try and open the Preferences, TF User quits unexpectedly with a type 3 error. This has happened in versions 5.6.2, and two flavors of 5.7 betas, including the FreC. I've tried turning off all my non-Apple extensions, tried with no extensions, tried running it from the HFS+ volume, all with no luck. I can still connect to our BBS and download, but if I try to open the Preferences from the Edit menu, down it goes. I booted from an OS 8 CD and managed to get it started and opened the Preferences without any problem, which is what makes me wonder if this is an 8.1 issue. Any ideas? (Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere, but I didn't see it)
