I posted a message about this problem several weeks ago (that I'm afraid was lost in the crash/clean-up that happened not long afterwards). I am running an 8100 with OS 8.1 with an HFS boot drive and HFS+ data drive. When I run TF User, if I choose the Preferences under the Edit menu, the application crashes with a Type 3 error and tells me to restart. This happens with v5.6 and FReCv5.7. Are there any known conflicts between 8.1 and TF User, or Extensions, libraries, etc that would cause this? I have tried running minimal extensions, but that doesn't seem to help. Interestingly enough, if I run OS 8 off a Jaz cart, I do not get the crash. Thanks for your help!
