I just logged into your system and found some text files already there. I had no problem downloading them, then opening them using NOTEPAD.
I then uploaded signat.txt, and again had no problem with it.
The problem I did have was trying to open them while online. This did not work because the "PC FILE MAPPING" is not set to map ".TXT" to file type 'TEXT' on your server.
Use the Extension Mapping from the File menu to fix this. The correct mapping is default, so it must have been changed at your server at some point.
