The Extensions mappings from within TF Servers' File menu. The Handlers window from within TF Servers Web Menu. The "PC Exchange" Prefences from within the appropriate control Panel. The Internet Config preferences.
I have not seen the problem (difficulty reading Text files uploaded from foreign file systems) on my system, but then again I create the majority of the content either locally or via a unix system.
