It looks like user manager does not warn about duplicate names when you are entering by hand--I seem to recall at one time it did.
In addition, what cxonstitutes a connection? It appears that an internet log in of any sort does so (and that it includes a time-our period in the accumulated tim)
It also appears that even an unsuccessful attempt to get mail from HDS counts as a connection. Is this so?
