The marun.edu.tr domain appears to be set up correctly with the correct MailServer and DNS etc (only one DNS entry though!! Two is normally the minimum), but archimac.marun.edu.tr has no DNS (NS entries) and also dosn't have an SOA (Start of Authority record) for this Sub Domain, the MX (SMTP Mail) entry in the DNS appears correct hence thats why you receive E-Mail Correctly.

I can't fully understand why outgoing mail fails as the DNS entries are correct for marun.edu.tr with mimoza set to handle SMTP

In the TCP/IP configuration you should have the IP address of turkuaz also you might have the starting domain set to archimac.marun.edu.tr and ending domain set to marun.edu.tr with the search domains set to the same as well.
