My company's web site has mysteriously become unavailable to web browsers outside of our LAN while browser's within our local network are able to view the site.

Email is flowing smoothly and the BBS is accepting connections. We've got a firewall and I suspect the problem originates there but I haven't a clue how to convince our Tech Support people of this. (They're all PC-biased and want to believe that TFS is the source of the problem.)

WEB SETTINGS
Web Server Master Switch is checked.
Use Open Transport is checked.
Default Page Name is correct.
Server Name is www.phoenixcom.com
Server Info: www.phoenixcom.com, 80, 10, 208.229.167.100
(router address is 208.229.167.1)

PPC 6500, Sys 8.1

Can you suggest anything else I can check to be sure that the Web Server is installed and configured properly?
