Hello again, it's been a while since I've chatted here.
I've been running TF5.6 for a long time now with no hitches, using up 2 of my 6 nodes for dial-in lines and one for the LAN. I have also been serving internet email via uucp for over 2 years, without major problems (dial-in 6 times a day).
I have found that I may have an ideal opportunity to get a web presence via cable modem connection. The opportunity allows that I have to set up a proxy server running linux, and share the connection with a dozen other computers running on a windows network. They will be using the server for email and net cruising during business hours at our engineering office. The business modem package allows me up to 8 static IP addresses.
Does anyone know of an existing setup like this so that I can learn from their sysops experiences, instead of re-inventing the wheel?
Any help or further reading material is appreciated.
