I am not sure what version you are using of the mail server but 5.1.2 or better yet upgrade to the new 5.1.3 version of the mail server, automatically pulls the messages after a brief delay. I f you are in a hurry it will start immediately if you select that command from the menu. If you wait a bit it will start on its own.
