I am testing my TF server and am receiving over 300 retransmit errors per 1Meg in file transfers using a Packard Bell Legend 204CD with a Hayes Accura 144 fax modem.
On my Mac's, transfering the exact same file, I receive no retransmit errors.
All transfers are over the same telephone lines but using different Client modems. All client modems are Hayes accura 144 fax modems
Is the problem in my IBM hardware setup, or is it the IBM OS (windows 95)?
