hello, i am new to this system. i am attempting to sign back on to the bam user group. I just installed the 5.1 system and now it will not allow me to access the bam group. the system connects then the computer tells me my time is up and then it disconnects me. it took 2 hours for the 5.1 to download into my system. did i do something wrong? my e-mail address on american on line is: user101215@aol.com thanks for any help
