I'm a bit confused with your question - do you mean to ask whether conference areas in a folder can be displayed in order as to when a message was last posted in them? If so, just by switching the conference window into list view (done by clicking on the series of folder/file/trashcan icons on the area above the item list) and then clicking on the text "Modified" in the area above the conference list will display the conferences in order to when they were last posted to.
