Greetings John:
Yes, Keyspan makes single port, 2 port and 4 port adapters which perform this function and support data rates of upto 920 Kbits per port. The single and 4 port models use DB9 connectors rather than the mini-DIN 8 connectors used on the Mac, so you will need to buy or make modem cables or adapters to use with your existing cables. The 2 port model uses mini-DIN 8 connectors, so you could use your existing cables.
The URLs for these devices are: http://www.keyspan.com/products/usb/USA19W/ (single port with DB-9 connector) http://www.keyspan.com/products/usb/USA28x/ (Dual port with Mini DIN8 connectors) http://www.keyspan.com/products/usb/USA49w/ (4 port with DB-9 connector)
