1. Create a new folder titled "pub" in the users mail folder. 2. Create a TF/User Text file titled "forward.txt" and put it in the "pub" folder 3. Type any user name or internet address (Ie: "john doe" or "john@mycompany.com) in this file and seperate each one by a "," comma. 4. Turn on "Mail Forwarding" in the user manager for those users.
All mail will be forwarded to a single or multiple accounts.
I user this function for Bulk Mail to my users. I have a special user account that will forward all mail sent to it to all useres. Great for sysops and thier co-sysops.
