Here is the set up:

a Local ISP which serves E-mail routing to at least two machines here.

The two machines as follows:

domain.edu, domain2.edu : This is where TeleFinder Server V5.6 with OAT(From Hightlander Data Systems). This is for common people who use it for E-mail Web Pages and Conf.

subdomain.domain.edu : This is second machine which is a Unix-based. Used for Techie people.

subdomain.domain.edu is subset of domain.edu. Like techie.localareanetwork.edu is subdomain of localareanetwork.edu .

Anyone outside of the local domains can send e-mail to either machines with no problem if comming from the Local ISP. TeleFinder can send to any address in internet.

The problem is that if one user on TF BBS attempt to send e-mail to user@subdomain.domain.edu , TeleFinder Mailserver thinks subdomain.domain.edu is same as domain.edu (or domain2.edu) and attempts to send e-mail to a user on BBS which maybe not found or incorrect user.

I need a solution that a user on TF BBS (domain.edu) can send a e-mail to a user on Unix-based machine (subdomain.domain.edu).
