I can't find it on mine. I'll check with the sysop of the other net, but I'm not sure we ever made a successful connection through that gate (we were trying and failing to share conferences, which is why the gateway is expendable).

It was and is. But that wasn't where Mail Server was writing the messages.

If I'm understanding this correctly, that might have started it, but can't be the cause of the continuing problem (my users mail all over and my own test were in fact addressed to the domain that the STMP gateway is set for). Is it possible that once another gateway was used it failed to return to the default?
