In your documents, please have a cinfiguration section or page that shows where all of the various Telefinder Files should be found (ie. a suggested layout of folders and files.)
I have two copies of SMTP IPs.config and Filter Domians.config -- one copy is in the config folder and one copy is in the mail Server folder.
I assume that the correct folder for them is the config folder; but am unsure if that is true.....
