The only "trick" is to restart Mail Server after making changes to "SMTP IPs.config". Well, you need to make the tab delimited format correct too.


When you have a range(s) of IP addresses defined in that file, Mail Server will only relay mail for mail coming from machines with those addresses.

"Relaying" in Mail Server means routing a message to the "default" gateway. Routing messages to the other gateways ( like Local BBS, TFNet gateways and so on ) is not considered relaying. They are considered to be local message delivery.
