Well then this is a needed improvement. It seems to me that putting mail messages into a standard message window is not an unreasonable expectation--Since I don't currently use pop3 mail boxes this is not a currently important issue, but, if I did, I would want users to be able to get at their mail either way, depending on what was convenient for them at thm moment.

My previous understanding was thsat the only limitation of the pop3 option was that it was inaccessible from drop box command.
