I tried calling today, but there was no answer and no machine to pickup.

The only thing that can go wrong in getting outbound email to work is

- the setting in Mail Server to set the upstream server is wrong ( Gateways, SMTP Gateway dialog, Options button ).

- or the server is not accepting your mail because they did not add you to the list of servers that they route for.

In either case, there will be messages in the Mail Server log file that will describe the error. They will be the log lines from the "SMTP Client."

Please send me a copy of your most recent Mail Server log and I'll check it out.
