I found some control chars in that file, that could be responsible for the probelms sending it. The problem is, Mail Server put them there, since the file I was attaching was a text file that mail server produced for the MacKennel gateway. This does not explain away the blown "To:" Field in the message either. I replaced the control chars with bullets... Let's see how it goes...
