The key to seeing if the error is with your side or bounced by the ISP is looking at the mail server log file. You should be able to see if the messages ever left your own system and were rejected by the ISP's mail server or if they did not get that far. If they were rejected by the ISP's server then you can discuss that with them. If they were rejected internally, then wee need to look at the Mail server config file, and the SMTP IP config file a bit closer after reinstalling Mail server.I suppose also that the User Manager could cause a rejection if the user accounts were hosed so that "Send Mail" and "Receive Mail" flags were disabled, or if the users access groups were not marked so they could use the mail gateway.
