Subject: Unreliable Mail Server
Date:Tue, October 10, 2000 08:11 AM

Here is something I got from my Fidonet hub this morning.

The first thing wrong with it is the email address in the "From:" field. It SHOULD read

>From: Bob_Womble@1:130/41.0.FidoNet

Normal users will miss this and their email replies will most certainly BOUNCE.

The next thing wrong is the fact that my message topic posting was removed by the regional fidonet system upstream from my fidonet hub, because TeleFinder Mail Server put that crap in the "To:" field instead of the intended recipient which is in the original message.
