I use Eudora Light 3.0. It logs in to the server using pop, initiates a command for change password. You are prompted to enter old password, change password and verify. I do not know exactly how it works. Sorry.
You do have Eudora Light 3.1.1 in your file area under Macintosh. Look under special for change password in the command bar.
