Try the latest TF User, it gives you exactly this capapbility.
In the "new name" dialog, there is now a button you can use to just replace the file. Choosing that option deletes it for you. I plan to make a preference you can use to bypass that dialog as wll. In that case TF would always over-write the existing file, provided you have "delete" privileges.
